Inside you'll find a beautifully designed space with a comfortable made up King bed, stylish en-suite shower room, a fully-equipped kitchenette and thoughtful touches to make your stay relaxing from the moment you arrive. One of the things our guests love most is the complete privacy. We chose to create just one retreat, giving every guest the rare opportunity to enjoy exclusive use of this beautiful riverside setting. INSIDE THE POD The insulated four-season design keeps the space comfortable year round; it's warmer in winter, cooler in summer — with a wood-burning stove for extra warmth during the colder months Beautifully designed with comfort in mind, you'll enjoy: - Comfortable King bed with quality bedding - Stylish en-suite shower room - Heating for cosy evenings all year round - Thoughtful touches throughout - A telescope and binoculars with literature on both stargazing and the local and surrounding area Everything has been carefully chosen to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible. THE HOT TUB - Included at no extra cost for two night or more stays - £30 for one night stays (due to turnaround running costs - there is a full clean and water and chemical change between each guest visit) MASSAGE TREATMENTS Make your stay even more relaxing with an in-house massage, subject to availability. Choose from: 60 or 90 minutes SWEDISH – Gentle, flowing massage to ease everyday tension and promote relaxation. AROMATHERAPY – Relaxing massage using a soothing pre-blended aromatherapy oil. DEEP TISSUE – Firmer pressure and slower movements to target areas of muscular tension. Oils, towels and heated blankets are provided. Massages are an additional cost, should be booked in advance and are subject to availability BEDDING FOR ADDITIONAL GUESTS Guests using additional mattresses should bring their own: Bottom sheet Duvet or sleeping bag Pillow and pillowcase Sofa Covers The sofa covers are not intended for use as bedding and should remain on the sofas. If covers are removed and used for sleeping, a £40 cleaning charge may be applied. FAMILIES & CHILDREN We love welcoming families and children benefit enormously from time spent in nature. That said, the accommodation is located within a small rural hamlet where residents live and work year-round. We are committed to preserving the tranquil environment for both visitors and our neighbours.
